“What do I need to do before my appointment?”
While it’s not necessary to pre-clean before we get there, you will get the most out of your appointment if there is minimal clutter to work around. We will put any random items in places that make sense to us based on your home’s organization, but that can create frustration if you’re looking for an item after we’re gone!
“Do you charge by the hour?”
No, our quoted prices are for the completion of the job. I’ve found that pricing by the job is the most honest and straight forward way.
“Do I need to be home during my appointment?”
Nope! We love to come in and clean while you’re at work or on vacation. It’s like a cleaning fairy visited while you were gone!
“Is it okay if I am home while you work?”
We understand many people work from home or feel most comfortable being present while others are in their space. If people are home while we clean, please make sure the area we are working in is unoccupied. We are happy to start in the area most convenient for you so you can set up camp while we finish the job!
PLEASE NOTE:
**Areas already cleaned once will not be repeated if used before we leave. Please have your children in a separate area so we can work quickly and efficiently and they don’t have access to our cleaning chemicals.**
“What do I do with my pets?”
We love animals and are comfortable working around most pets. For their safety and ours, please crate any stranger aggressive dogs or animals that are escape artists.
“How can I pay you?”
Venmo is my favorite! @ReshaeMassey Cash or check at time of service is great too.
“What is your cancellation policy?”
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand unexpected things happen and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling with you. If there are repeated cancellations, we may require a deposit or deny future requests to book our services.
